This in itself reinforces the "What's wrong with me beliefs" and without But nothing is further from the truth.
Experience of millions of people around the world from these problems, it is estimated that only in America more thirty million people suffer from some type of anxiety disorder. The most common is social anxiety (or social phobia), followed closely by stress disorder Disorder (PTSD) and generalized anxiety disorder. About one in thirty to fifty people suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and one in ten have a phobia specific. This does not include many people suffering from depression or living a life governed by the timidity of anxiety or stress.

The unique pressures of modern society, undoubtedly play a role in tension and stress in these problems, but anxiety disorders are not new, are part of the human condition and the following quote, more than three hundred years, with reason, summarizes:
"The mind is its own place, and it can be heaven to hell, a hell of heaven" — John Milton (1608-1674)
For centuries, writers, poets and artists have tried to convey the anguish and inner conflict that is often associated with life.
The world we live in is personally dictated by what happens in our mind, no matter what external reality seems. In any Partly this can be seen more profoundly than in the case of anorexia nervosa. Extensive resources in the form of research, therapy and medication have been used to solve these problems, in general, not spectacular success. Problems are defined, named, classified, indexed, sorted, arranged in categories, as in sub-categories in an attempt to understand and control them – curiously, exactly the same attempts to take control are found in most forms of OCD. And if some argue that the benefits of this system include a more accurate diagnosis and better treatment later (which is questionable given the lack of success), others argue that it is inaccurate, misleading and gives the whole picture.

The expressions of social phobia vary from person to person of another, ranging from agoraphobia with panic disorder and anxiety vary from OCD. Anxiety disorders (and depression) develop from our life experiences (bad) and how they affect us. At its heart is not disease or illness or disorder, and even for these problems is not irrational, that are developed for a reason – for our survival. They are self-destructive behavior as we learn behaviors that reflect our internal attempt to protect us. Behaviors, trying to help us survive in reality causes us harm, because they never "touch" the real problem. Once we understand how these behaviors and learn why there is a real cure.
