Old Age Dementia

Only a few decades ago scientists believed that the brain could not become an adult, but began to weaken with age. They saw this as a certain conclusion because the autopsy of the brain always seemed to suggest that the brain never loses, but seemed to gain over the years.

When the grandchildren will listen to your grandparents or parents joke "I must be old" take it as a true statement – in fact, could function as a self-fulfilling prophecy if firmly believe old age is synonymous with going senile then obey your body as you would think otherwise. But let the subject of cars and what can do for you until another article in this series.

Today, we show how we can increase the development of intellect … In several recent Neuroscientists study found that physical activity increases the probability of a greater mental capacity. Here That's what they are and how it seems to work:

A 2006 study conducted by Swedish scientists have found a direct relationship between exercise and higher IQs. Even if no direct causal relationshiplike "if do push-ups and increase their intelligence points x "is a statistical relationship, iethose who exercised regularly and to some extent over time increase their level CI. This must be the result of a stimulated growth in the hippocampus region of the brain as a recent study conducted by Dr. Josef Bischofberger University of Freiburg (Germany) found. It is caused by the growth of certain brain cells that are stimulated by exercise. What's more: new brain cells are more likely to learn and learn faster than the old. So there are many benefits of exercise:

* The brain and body receives more oxygen, which itself tends to enhance brain performance

* Some of the factors stimulating the growth that give rise to new cells will to learn "new things"

* And most sports tend to increase the speed at which the response in general (for example, if a child crosses the road in front of your vehicle, you can braking faster) and this type of reaction is also related to IQ levels, the faster you can react as smart as you tends to be (in another record section).
